- Lead the team in achieving monthly targets for customer acquisition and conversion, with a focus on attaining new customer acquisition (Registration and Onboarding) targets.
- Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with newly onboarded customers, linking them with suitable sellers on the platform.
- Contribute market intelligence inputs for the formulation of pricing and activation strategies.
- Oversee the enrichment and maintenance of customer profiles, ensuring regular updates in CRM.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition of clients, fostering repeat sales with minimal dropouts.
- Guide customers through their credit application journey.
- Possess a minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer acquisition and sales in the B2B segment of the Cement industry.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting customer needs, establishing robust customer relationships, and effectively closing sales.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a self-starter and a driven individual with a results-oriented approach.
- Have significant experience in managing teams, with a minimum of 8-10 direct reportees.
- Language skills: Fluent in English, with knowledge of the local language.
- Hold a valid driving license for a two-wheeler. The candidate is expected to either possess or hire a bike in the city of work.
