Team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for
ensuring the functionality, reliability, and usability of software applications
by performing thorough manual testing.You will work closely with developers,
business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify, report, and resolve
issues, ensuring our software meets the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy:

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and

test scripts based on project requirements.

Define testing scope, objectives, and schedule to meet project

timelines.

Test Execution:

Perform various types of testing such as functional,

non-functional, regression, api integration, web Application, mobile application,
UI/UX, and performance testing.

Conduct the manual testing. Automated testing will be plus.

Identify, document, and track bugs using a bug-tracking system

(e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

Automation will be plus:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using

tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.

Defect Reporting and Tracking:

Log detailed and clear defect reports, including steps to

reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs actual results.

Track and validate bug fixes and ensure timely resolution.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with developers, business analysts, project

managers and third-party vendors tounderstand requirements and provide
feedback.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, application

training and retrospective meetings in Agile/Scrum environments.

Performance and Security Testing:

Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and

optimize application performance.

Perform basic security testing to identify vulnerabilities and

report potential issues.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test

summary reports, defect logs, and test case repositories.

Provide regular updates on testing progress and quality

metrics to stakeholders.

Create the Application Training Program for the Department

which are related to new feature or technology launch.Key Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology,

or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software testing or quality

assurance.

Experience with manual testing in Web Application and Mobile

Application.

Experience in Fintech Application will be preferred.

Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test

scenarios.Job requirements
