Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, monitoring service quality, and identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. You will also engage in strategic discussions to explore opportunities for additional services, thereby contributing to the growth of the organization.Roles & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead SAP Utilities Application Maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, SLA adherence, and stakeholder management. You will manage AMS engagements, drive continuous improvements, and ensure high system availability. Strong expertise in SAP IS-U along with functional and technical understanding will be preferred.
Key responsibilities include incident, problem, and change management, along with governance and reporting. The role requires close coordination with business users, technical teams, and vendors. Experience in managing large-scale support teams and handling escalations is essential.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of ITIL processes, service management tools, and delivery frameworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills are a must. Prior experience in utilities domain (electricity, gas, or water) will be preferred. Familiarity with S/4HANA and integration areas is an added advantage.
