WHAT You'll DO Generate creative and innovative design concepts for new products Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform design decisions Create sketches, renderings, and prototypes to communicate design ideas Collaborate with engineers and manufacturers to ensure design feasibility and quality Follow project timelines and deliver designs within specified deadlines Provide input and feedback during design reviews and revisions What You Are minimum of 4+ years of experience Bachelor's or Master's degree Product Engineering, Industrial Design, 3D CAD Design from a Design Engineering colleges like NID, IDC, MITID, IIT, NIFT, etc. Have a strong portfolio showing a variety of 3D CAD and Product design (professional experience is a must) Highly proficient with 3D modeling softwares like Fusion 360, Solidworks, Rhino etc. Highly proficient with 3D rendering software like Keyshot, Blender, and Vray . A keen eye for details, form, and visual aesthetics, along with command in Adobe Suite. Strong command of DFMA and technical aspects of design. Formal study and analysis: know the trends and competition. Have excellent oral and visual communication skills, like sketching. Internally driven to create only the best designs on a timely basis You are a problem solver. We find ways of getting it done at Quintessential Design. We don't invest time in why it can't be done.
