We are seeking a high-caliber Operations Manager to streamline our domestic and international workflows, ensuring that our production meets our global demand with precision.Role SummaryThe Operations Manager will serve as the backbone of our daily activities. You will be responsible for synchronizing production schedules with logistics timelines, managing complex international documentation, and ensuring all data is perfectly captured within our SAP environment.Key Responsibilities1. Logistics & Supply Chain (Domestic & International)Oversee end-to-end shipping for both domestic trucking and international sea/air freight.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, custom house agents (CHAs), and transporters.Optimize logistics costs while maintaining strict delivery timelines.2. Production Planning & Control (PPC)Coordinate between the sales team and the manufacturing units to create realistic production schedules.Monitor raw material inventory levels to prevent production bottlenecks.Ensure the efficient utilization of machinery and manpower across both companies.3. Documentation & CompliancePrepare and verify all export/import documentation (Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin).Ensure compliance with international trade laws and chemical/agricultural regulatory standards.4. SAP Management & ReportingAct as the "Power User" for SAP, ensuring all production and logistics modules are updated accurately.Generate operational reports and KPIs to provide data-driven insights to senior management.Candidate ProfileCriteriaRequirementExperience7–10 years in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Technical Skills Advanced SAP proficiency is mandatory (specifically SD, MM, or PP modules).Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of Incoterms, LC (Letters of Credit), and custom clearances. Industry Background Prior experience in Chemical or Agri-manufacturing is highly preferred. Education Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering .Key CompetenciesMultitasking: Ability to manage the operational nuances of two different industries simultaneously.Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in using SAP data to forecast and solve logistical hurdles.Leadership: Experience in managing cross-functional teams (warehouse, dispatch, and production)
