Adhering to internal HR processes such as ensuring proper documentation, monthly hiring MIS generation, preparing offer letters, within the specific TAT.Maintaining, documented and presented progress reports to leaders.Lead Generation from the set of client listLead Management Complete lead management right from sourcing to conversion.Coordination with the delivery leads for lead conversion, follow up with clients and recruiters for smooth delivery on positions.New Performance Optimization - Evaluate and optimize lead generation process, consistently exceeding key performance indicators(KPIs) through data-driven analysis.SPOC Generation Identify and engage with new SPOCS for leads acquisition.Establish strong rapport with potential clients through persuasive communication, demonstrating product knowledge and articulating value propositions effectively.Data ManagementActively work with delivery leads and Account Managers on regular basis for an overview and further working and lead generationDesired Candidate ProfileExcellent communication skills, Innovative, goal-driven, Aggressive.Should have client management experience.Fast learner capable of handling pressure.Good recruitment skills.Graduate or Postgraduate both are eligible.Experience: 3 to 7 yearsQualification: Graduate / PostgraduateDays of working: 5 days (9:30AM - 6:30AM)Years Of Exp:3 to 7 YearsDesirable Skills:Bulk Hiring, Permanent Staffing, Contract StaffingDesignation:Deputy Manager
