- Business Development Manager with about 12 to 23 Years of Experience in Sales or Marketing from a reputed boiler company in India with hands on experience in CFB / BFB Boilers.
- Develop business development, proposal and cost estimation competencies to cater essentially to SEA (Southeast Asia) and Indian market.
- Good work experience in boiler and power plant business overview, network in Power Boiler, Knowledge concerning technology, Clients and market environment in SEA & India.
- Experience in preparation and evaluation of market studies - collecting market information and evaluation.
- A good understanding of Biomass and challenging fuels (Sludge, RDF/SRF, rejects, etc.) in India & SEA.
- Work experience in Thermal Power, Pulp and Paper industry are preferred.
- Lateral thinking ability and Deal closing attitude.
- Being proactive and committed.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable in a dynamic and international environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in MS office.
