1. Defect Handling for IT requirements/rollouts2. Application Maintenance Support - 3rd level and 2nd level

Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to align SAP TM defects caused due to the deployment of IT requirements.

Identify the defects and errors reported by the Users / Business teams through effective collaboration with development teams and other implementation partners.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for SAP TM, GTS, and WMS integration.

Integrate SAP TM with SAP GTS for trade compliance, customs processing, and export/import control.

Work on SAP TM and WMS integration for efficient warehouse and transportation coordination.

Ensure smooth data exchange between SAP TM, GTS, and WMS using standard and custom interfaces (IDocs, BAPIs, APIs).

Support production / nonproduction issues related to freight order management, freight unit management

Monitor and support issues between SAP TM and SAP WMS/EWM for inbound and outbound logistics.

QualificationsEducational qualification:B.E/B.Tech/MBAExperience :Total 8+ yrs and relevant 4+ years of experience in SAP TM (embedded TM in S/4HANA).

Strong knowledge of SAP GTS (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management).
Experience with SAP WMS/EWM and its integration with SAP TM.
Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight settlement, and charge management.
Proficiency in SAP interfaces (IDocs, APIs, BAPIs, Web Services) for system integration.
Knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and LE (Logistics Execution) modules is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of business processes in logistics, supply chain, and global trade.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in CHARM / SAP solution manager and functionalities.

Knowledge on consignment order is an added advantage.
