We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team as Non-IT
Recruiters. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for client mandates across non-technical domains
such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and more. This is a high-energy, target-driven role
with excellent earning potential through monthly incentives.Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client requirements and prepare accurate job briefs for Non-IT roles
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna), referrals, and social
media
  • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic/HR interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  • Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment tracker on a daily basis
  • Follow up with candidates through the offer and onboarding stages
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
  • Achieve monthly targets for profiles sourced, interviews scheduled, and positions closed
  • Coordinate with clients for feedback, offer rollouts, and joining confirmations
  • Generate leads and develop new client relationships (added advantage)
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA / B.Com / BA / BSc / MBA preferred)
  • Freshers welcome — training will be provided; prior internship in HR/recruitment is a plus
  • Experienced candidates: 6 months – 3 years in non-IT recruitment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Basic computer proficiency: MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication
  • Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals is an advantage
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines
  • Must be based in Jaipur or willing to work from CBI Phatak office
Compensation & Benefits
Component Details
Fixed Salary (Fresher) 15,000 per month
Fixed Salary (Experienced) Up to 25,000 per month (based on experience)
Monthly Performance Incentive 15,000 – 20,000 per month (target-linked)
