Expertise in retail operations, specifically in grocery environments, with a proven ability to streamline in-store processes (Mandatory skill).
Comprehensive knowledge of grocery merchandising, inventory management, and supply chain within high-volume stores.
Strong understanding and direct experience handling store Profit & Loss, including revenue growth and cost controls (Mandatory skill).
Practical know-how in shrinkage control measures, loss prevention strategies, and effective stock audit management.
Hands-on exposure to the integration of e-commerce platforms within physical retail, boosting customer engagement and online order fulfillment.
Proven background in driving retail sales targets, upselling initiatives, and managing store promotions to maximize sales growth.
Mandatory skill in grocery-assortment planning, with in-depth insight into customer needs, shelf life, and replenishment cycles (Mandatory skill).
