Place of Posting :Mahan Energen, Waidhan, Singrauli, MPQA Engineer ensures that all the construction activities comply with quality standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain quality throughout the project life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures: Establish and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures for the project.
- Monitor compliance: Ensure all project site activities comply with QA/QC plans, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Inspection and testing: Conduct or oversee inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and workmanship at various stages of the project.
- Document control: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, non-conformances , and corrective actions.
- Non-conformance management: Identify, document, and track non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular QA/QC reports and statistics to the Project QA/QC Manager.
- Experience: Proven experience in QA/QC roles within construction projects.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations relevant to the project.
- Organizational skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and reporting.
- Communication: Effective communication skills for liaising with project teams and external stakeholders.
