Senior Engineer - Maintenance

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of innovative engineering solutions for complex projects and challenges.
• Responsible for supervising the activities of the engineering team, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the quality and timeline of project deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects.
• Manage the process of testing and validation to verify the system, component, and equipment meet the specified requirements.
• Present technical findings and project updates to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients as needed.
• Stay abreast with latest engineering trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most current and efficient methods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes, standards and policies.
• Support budgeting and project planning by providing accurate estimations of project timelines and resources needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all engineering activities.
• Perform preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of injection molding machines.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Ensure proper functioning of clamping, injection, ejection, and heating systems.
• Monitor machine performance and take actions to reduce downtime.
• Review and track maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, and downtime.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of auxiliary and utility equipment including:
• MTC (Mold Temperature Controller), Hopper loaders and dryers, Ovens / HRTC systems, DG (Diesel Generator), Air compressors, Chillers, and cooling systems

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and projects.
• Proven ability to conceptualize and implement innovative engineering solutions.
• Strong knowledge of relevant engineering software and applications, including CAD software.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in project management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline planning.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest engineering trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Strong team player with leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
