- Manage various components of the leadership development program, including timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and facilitate leadership training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions for executives, managers, and senior leaders in the organization.
- Conducting training needs analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the institution.
- Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes.
- Refining existing systems and processes, and setting up new processes as required, including preparing and tracking the annual L&T Budget for leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and senior leadership to identify leadership development needs and priorities.
- Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to identify leadership strengths, gaps, and development opportunities.
- Mentor and coach emerging leaders to accelerate their growth and prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives through metrics, feedback, and continuous improvement processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in leadership development to enhance program effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence throughout the organization.
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
- Demonstrate success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas.
- Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify learning and development needs; experience in running targeted development programs.
- Good knowledge of the training/learning related offerings available in the market, including relevant training organizations and service providers and certification agencies
- Exposure to authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development systems, tools, and resources.
- Certification in streams like psychometric, personality profiles, human potential assessments, Hogan, DISC, FIRO-B, ICF certification (ACC, PCC, MCC) would be an added advantage.
