- Responsible for end-to-end ownership for Kenvue GCC Bengaluru ServiceNow ITSM product, including roadmap and vision.
- Partners with ITSM process owners to deliver of ITSM capabilities to meet the needs of the Technology & Data organization. The selected candidate will accomplish this responsibility through end-to-end responsibility for Kenvues ServiceNow ITSM product.
- Partners with ServiceNow Platform Owner, and as needed Product Owners for HRSD and CSM, to champion ServiceNow in Kenvue.
- Responsible for foundational ITSM data, including CMDB, including technology and automation-driven strategies to maintain high levels of data quality.
- Manages team of direct reports and managed service providers to deliver architecture, development, testing, quality and operations needs.
- Partners with ITSM and Technology & Data stakeholders to deliver new capabilities from ideation to deployment.
- Advocates for technology and innovation; identifies new and emerging technology to deliver business needs.
- Develops and coaches direct reports to cultivate talent within Technology & Data.
- Manages ITSM platforms per SDLC and quality requirements (e.g. GxP) and supports internal and external audits as needed.
- Establishes metrics and measures for performance of ITSM capabilities, including levels of technical debt.
- Responsible for managing relationships with suppliers and managing financials (e.g. costs, licensing) across ITSM technology capabilities.
- At least 8 years of progressive technology experience, including 5+ years as a ServiceNow technical product owner, platform owner, or architect.
- 2+ years organization leadership/people management preferred
- Expert knowledge in the ServiceNow platform and capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing technology and innovation to solve business challenges.
- Experience working in and/or leading Product, Agile and Scrum teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both executives and technicians.
- Experience working in a global organization and/or working as a part of global teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Experience in people management.
- One or more ServiceNow certifications.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification.
