This is an exciting time in our history, and by creating a new and ambitious path, it will provide a unique opportunity for us all, both professionally and personally.Join us as a Founder of our 'new' Sandoz!Role PurposeThe Global Business Engineer Real Estate Workplace and Mobility (ReWaM) Solutions will drive and ensures that Technology (global and local where applicable) demand is captured from business and collaborates with other Technology functions to ensure quality services are delivered to stakeholders as per agreed service descriptions.This role contributes to creating, evolving, and driving the organization's strategy, aligning objectives with technology strategy development, solution discovery, service, risk and relationship management.Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:- Drive Sandoz Corporate Function Technology Strategy in the area of Real Estate & Facility Services (REFS) Management.
- Strategic business partner in the area of ReWaM (REFS) to proactively shape change portfolio and technology roadmap (3-5y horizon).
- Drive forward thinking and innovation within business with respect to tech driven business capabilities and processes, leading conversation with consulting mindset together with other Technology functions.
- Accountable for Program, project & product delivery to the business.
- Partner with Business to drive Business transformation Programs enabled by technology, co-own transformation outcomes.
- Measure and drive business value of transformation initiatives underpinned by Programs, Projects, Products.
- Develop knowledge above silos across business functions and ensure business accountabilities are executed.
- Improve the 'ease of engagement' with Technology for the business.
- Technology budget accountability to the business. Help business to understand their choices to manage technology costs.
- Partner with Countries or Sites (where applicable) in respect to country/site roadmaps balancing global and local investments and business needs.
- Risk ownership for investment and operations portfolio. Key business partner for business continuity.Role RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the role:Essential Requirements:

University degree in Information Technology is a must. Engineering combined with Business Administration is desirable.
Fluent English written and spoken.
Between 7 and 10 years of experience in providing/ implementing technical solutions in the area of ReWaM (REFS) is a must.
Experience in / Exposure to ReWaM/REFS module like Fleet Management, Occupancy management, Travel Management, Physical Security
Experience/ Exposure to ReWaM/REFS tools like iWMS, Prowatch, Everbridge, Fleet logistics etc.
Between 7 and 10 years of experience in Relationship/stakeholder Management.
