Project Leader Wind Turbine Design

• Lead engineering work force of 10-15 (direct and in-direct) especially in Mechanical Engineering work streams like concept design, 3D modeling and product definition for Wind Turbine.
• Front end customer engineering teams to understand their requirement and provide cost effective solutions and build proactive proposals.
• Develop delivery plan, assign work to engineering work force and ensure quality deliverables within the schedule.
• Host customer meetings for deliverable approval, financial closures, KPI reviews, develop workload/resource forecast etc.
• Ensure on time invoicing, timesheet approvals and all necessary compliance items.
• Identify competency gap and aspiration of each team member to build individual development plan.
• Lead recruitment drives to hire right talents and train as per project requirements and ensure deployment to billable project at the earliest.
• Provide constructive feedback frequently, conduct performance evaluation, deliver high employee satisfaction.

• Graduate/post graduate in Mechanical Engineering (or allied) with 10-15 Yrs. Of experience, preferably Wind Turbine domain.
• Successful track record of project management NPD and/or sustenance projects.
• Hands on experience in concept design, product definition using SIEMENS NX / CATIA is preferred.
• Experience in building both capability and capacity across various skill set is must.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is must.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholders is necessary.
• Working experience in multiple geography including India would be added advantage.
