- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical information to customers
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Identify and reach out to potential customers in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell lubricant products to industrial clients, automotive workshops, and retailers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Submit sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
