As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales in the Bangalore, Karnataka region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales.Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the lubricants industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical information to customers
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers in the assigned territory
  • Promote and sell lubricant products to industrial clients, automotive workshops, and retailers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Submit sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities
