- Identify and acquire new clients in the Real Estate sector i.e Builders/Developers & Small to Medium Size Corporates.
- Lead end-to-end debt syndication processes, ensuring timely closure of transactions.
- Negotiate effectively with clients and bankers to structure and finalize deals within defined timelines.
- Proactively manage and resolve challenges arising during deal execution and closure.
- Prepare and handle MIS reports, Cash Flow statements, CMA data, and related financial documentation.
- Cross-sell additional financial products and advisory services to existing clients to enhance relationship value.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills within Real Estate & Banking sectors.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Sound understanding of project finance, structured finance, and debt products.
- Analytical mindset with attention to financial details.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
