The Technology Quality Function is reserved for those positions where Quality is the primary objective of the work delivered. Technology Quality roles will cover all primary quality activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver high quality products and services. These roles include, but are not limited to, strategy, planning, standards, process, policy, tools, engineering, assurance, management, metrics, research and development, automation, data preparation, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.Primary Responsibilities:

Specialization in multiple test automation tools like Protractor/Selenium automation & AI Tools for Automation
Develop/Enhance the Test Automation Framework and Automation Test Scripts on different Technology Applications: Web/Java/Oracle
API testing using Postman/SoapUI and understanding of AI tools for automation including Copilot, AccelQ and others
Jenkins configuration
Propose solutions in terms of Automation Framework for various technologies
Identify and define Automation solution to address specific application requirements
Taking decisions in terms of key solutions for complex business functionality
Propose Best practices and share it across Team
Define Automation metrics based on project need
Propose Automation Process
Use Copilot, AccelQ & other AI tools to drive automation
Works with less structured, more complex issues
Serves as a resource to others

Required Qualifications:

Btech/MCA degree with a preferred focus in Computer Science
7+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer with focus on automation and knowledge of AI tools for development & testing
Experience in handling the Automation Delivery for multiple parallel projects
Experience of using CA Rally tools or similar test management suite
Experience developing and executing automated test scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance and usability testing
Experience in creating SQL scripts
Experience with change management and defect tracking tools
Solid programming background (Java Script, Type script, VBScript, VB or VC++) with hands-on experience with test automation tool such as Protractor or Selenium and AI Based tools for automation
Proven readiness to learn and implement new processes and Tools
Proven excellent customer service skills and ability to manage business relationships
Proven ability to use AI tools like Copilot & AccelQ to improve their productivity and help with speed to market
Proven ability to lead testing activities and recommend process improvement opportunities
