Material Kitting Engineer - Production

• Plan and prepare material kits as per production schedule for multiple automotive customers
• Handle SMD reels, trays, and cut tapes with proper identification and control
• Ensure 100% accuracy of part number, quantity, revision, and customer-specific requirements
• Maintain strict traceability for automotive standards (lot, batch, date code)
• Follow FIFO/FEFO for reel components to avoid aging and obsolescence
• Coordinate with stores, planning, and SMT lines for timely material readiness
• Monitor and control shortages, alternate parts, and customer approvals
• Perform reel verification including MSL status, baking, and floor life control
• Ensure proper labeling as per customer and automotive compliance requirements
• Maintain ESD-safe handling and storage for all electronic components
• Manage material returns, re-kitting, and reconciliation without mix-up between customers
• Implement 5S and error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) in kitting process
