Senior Manager Marketing Strategy and Monetization at CGH Earth The CGH Earth Marketing team is looking for a Manager whose focus will be on Monetization Strategy to help accelerate growth and improve B to C business. This individual will work closely with leaders in our Marketing, Sales, and Product departments to help craft Marketing ideas to reach the right audience, define monetization strategies for new offerings, optimize packaging & pricing for existing offers. Plan budgets and achieve desirable ROAS. Monitor agencies that are working on the ads be it online or offline. Responsibilities: Serve as monetization strategy lead for the brand and the individual properties (products) and sales channels/segments where you will lead 2-3 monetization strategy initiatives concurrently. Manage ad monetization strategy across a variety of ad networks and demand partners Partner with Sales, Marketing and Operations to determine: How new properties, sub brands will be brought to market and monetized. How we can evolve the current product and offer best strategy to keep the growth momentum. Identify and prioritize opportunities to accelerate penetration, generate sustainable growth and enable strategic outcomes via packaging strategy, multi positioning to reach varied audiences. Develop business cases to align senior execs on key monetization decisions. Develop process foundations to improve spend performance, execution, market validation, & decision making Measure and track monetization performance to enable continuous improvements to our marketing spends. Build analytical models to inform and monitor performance. A systematic report to be created, analyzed and discussed with senior team on a constant basis. Analyze monetization performance against key metrics to identify areas for improvement Analyze the impact of ads, identify opportunities that will have a positive impact on monetization Run A/B tests to optimize monetization efforts: test from A to Z, analyze results and leverage them Make recommendations to influence the product, create new ad placements and optimize ad integrations to impact the users Communicate with strategic partners & ad network contacts to build/maintain strong relationships Requirements Excellent understanding of acquisition, retention and monetization concepts. Ability to work and learn about the unique positioning of the brand. Proficient in Excel, highly analytical, self-motivated and a team player. Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
