1. Inspection of components & assemblies as per Drawing & Standards.
2. Raw material inspection and witness of chemical & mechanical tests at NABL approved labs
3. NDT inspection (PT & MPI) for weld joints & machined surfaces
4. Witness of PWHT, Brazing, Coatings, Blasting & Painting. Review the inspection reports.
5. Review and verification of Instruments calibration.
Handling precision instruments like Micrometers, Bore gauges, Height gauges, Profile projector etc.
Preparation of Inspection reports, Dimension reports & Non-conformance reports.
Excellent co-ordination with Clients, Vendors & Contractors.
