The role involves end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, onboarding, and post-joining engagement for the first 30 days.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:
  • Source and recruit qualified doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff using a variety of platforms and strategies (job portals, networking, campus hiring, social media, referrals).
  • Collaborate with department heads and clinical leads to understand hiring needs, job roles, and specifications.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, negotiations, and candidate closures efficiently.
Onboarding and Engagement:
  • Coordinate pre-joining documentation and medical clearances.
  • Design and execute a structured onboarding plan tailored to clinical hires.
  • Be the single point of contact for new joiners during their first month handling queries, coordination with departments, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with new hires and escalate any issues proactively.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with the operations, medical administration, nursing heads, and HR business partners to ensure timely and accurate hiring.
  • Maintain hiring SLAs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Data & Compliance:
  • Maintain updated and accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and healthcare regulations.
  • Manage documentation and credential verification for clinical hires.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, especially in hiring doctors and nurses.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical job roles, licensing, and credentialing processes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage high-volume hiring, and work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in hospital, healthcare chains, or clinical staffing firms.
  • Understanding of NABH/JCI standards related to HR and recruitment.
