Purpose of the Role Caleedo, a leading SaaS-based company in the field of Employee Health & Safety, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounting and finance to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company. The position reports to the CEO Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations Financial reporting- Conduct monthly and yearly closing procedures ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L, income statements, and cash flow statements Monitor cash flow and manage budgeting processes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets- Assist with tax preparation and compliance efforts Keep a record of accounting transactions, reimbursements, salaries and banking Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CA or MBA qualification will be an added advantage Five years of relevant experience in accounting is a must Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting and taxation laws Experience with financial reporting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks, ERP) Proficient in MS O ce Suite, especially Excel- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail- Ability to work independently as well Working hours dayshift work from o ce arrangement for five days in a week.
