Job Description
Creating new user roles to provide the access to Rubrik cluster.
Configuring SLA Domains for replicated and non-replicated environment.
Configuring the backups (Agent and Image based) for New built servers.
Configuring the DB & log backup (SQL & Oracle) for new client servers.
Working on various kind of Restores like File level, Disk level, Full VM, DB & Log.
Creating the SLA Domains as per requirement assigning them to servers.
Migrating the servers from other backup tools to Rubrik.
Monitoring the nodes status in cluster and take actions against disconnected nodes.
Downloading the backup images from Archived location if required.
Monitoring the backup failures and troubleshoot to fix it.
Working with supporting teams (Windows, UNIX, Database, and VMware teams) to fix the backup issues.
Working with Rubrik support for ongoing issues, hardware & software failures and upgrade the Rubrik code to newer version.
Providing backup and restore evidence to CSM for Monthly \\ Quarterly audit.
Taking the final backups and completing the documentation to decommission the servers.
Experience on building new cluster on-premises \\ Cloud.
Adding the bricks to Rubrik cluster for capacity scaling.
Configuring vCenters to Rubrik cluster.
Configuring Archive locations for LTR backups.
Upgrading the CDM version on rubrik cluster.
Experience on Cloud cluster.
Experience on Edge cluster.
Experience on Rubrik Polaris and RSC.
Migrating the SLA s from cluster to RSC. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
