Empowering people, creating technology.Responsibilities:

Design and development of product packaging, including planning, execution and documentation. This is for existing, new and upgraded products as well when materials, machine or suppliers are changing.
Validation and qualification of packaging design and process including legal compliance of packaging materials.
Generation and alignment of Packaging process specifications in agreement with production sites and suppliers.
Attendance and supervision of production trials.
Taking pilot lots, optimization and validation of new & existing packaging material and process keeping HSE requirements in place.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech or PG in Packaging technology from IIP or equivalent Institute, with specialized skills in corrugated carton and flex packaging design and development.
Minimum 4-7 years experience in Packaging design & process development in global operating consumer goods companies.
SW proficiency in Coral draw.
