This role is a mid-management position that requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating operations, supporting HR functions, and ensuring efficient office administration. This position is best suited for someone who can multitask effectively, work closely with leadership, and contribute to both operational efficiency and employee management in a fast-paced environment.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel
  • Handle internal and external communications, including client interactions and global team coordination
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and business documents
  • Manage office operations including asset tracking, service contracts, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee invoicing, billing processes, and capital purchases
  • Organize conferences, client visits, team events, and workshops including logistics and venue management
HR Operations & Management
  • Support workforce planning and execute recruitment processes across roles and levels
  • Manage end-to-end hiring including sourcing, coordination, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, timesheets, and leave management systems
  • Execute payroll processes and ensure accuracy in HR documentation
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, wellbeing, and exits
  • Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to corporate governance standards

  • Experience in executive assistance, administration, and HR operations roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Experience in payroll processing and compliance management is an advantage
