- Manage end-to-end hiring including sourcing, coordination, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, timesheets, and leave management systems
- Execute payroll processes and ensure accuracy in HR documentation
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, wellbeing, and exits
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to corporate governance standards
- Experience in executive assistance, administration, and HR operations roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Experience in payroll processing and compliance management is an advantage
