- Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Drive sales for services such as [Digital Marketing / IT Services / HR Staffing / Consulting customize as needed].
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Create proposals, conduct presentations, and close high-value deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up and client retention.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth service execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline forecasting in CRM tools.
- 3+ years of experience in service-based sales with at least 12 years in a managerial/team lead role.
- Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in handling both B2B (corporate clients) and B2C (individual consumers) sales models.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of business development processes and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
