The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in target-based sales, team leadership, and managing both B2B and B2C clients. This role demands excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Drive sales for services such as [Digital Marketing / IT Services / HR Staffing / Consulting customize as needed].
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of Business Development Executives.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Create proposals, conduct presentations, and close high-value deals.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up and client retention.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth service execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline forecasting in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in service-based sales with at least 12 years in a managerial/team lead role.
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in handling both B2B (corporate clients) and B2C (individual consumers) sales models.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes and client relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
