
Inside Sales Representative- Services Sales

- Drives services-sales (as described in Services Sales Summary) in the assigned region/ territory
- Has ability to address end customers, channel partners & vendors – requiring a deep understanding of their needs and how it can be addressed
- Develop connects within the TD-SYNNEX’s teams and work with internal product sales & technical teams to drive services revenue opportunities
- Develop relationship with in-country management and make service top-of-mind recall
- Develop and maintain relationships with the channel eco-system
- Socialize ‘Services’ within and outside the organization
- Work with Marketing, Operations and Scoping teams to cross-leverage the full potential
- Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of services
- Meet or exceed assigned sales target/quotas
- Track opportunities using provided tools
- Performs reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including Quotes, Bookings, margins and renewals
- Meets End Users / Partners to convey the services portfolio, benefits of our services and the prices thereof
- Generates documentation to ensure that the orders booked are taken up for invoicing for the services within the permitted time frames
- Pursues discussion with the channel eco-system/ buyers for payment to be realized within the granted credit period
- Carry and end-to-end ownership of engagements.
- Degree holder / Preferably with an Engg. Back-ground, with minimum 2+ year of inside sales or relevant experience in IT industry
- Basic/Sales understanding of Technologies as Security, Cloud, AI and Infrastructure (like Networking, Storage etc)
- Understanding of the local markets which the candidate would operate in
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Passionate about selling
- Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge
- Eagerness to further enhance Tech. knowledge to help sell services better and participate in Technology related Sales certifications
- Ability to identify potential opportunities
- Participate in Regular Review
- Ability to do renewal of contracts – (e.g. in the Managed Services Space)
