• Ensure completion of quality control testsand inspection tasks for raw materials(chemical analysis of packing bags), in-process and finished products
• Analyze deviations from quality standards and recommending corrective measures to be implemented by production departments.
• Conduct quality audits and initiating actions in anticipation of quality problems
• Ensure timely crosschecking and calibration of major quality control equipments such as CBA etc.
• Plan cost and capital budget for the department; adhering to revenue budget;
• Execute various capital budget jobs in the department with strict adherence to cost & schedule.

• 10 - 18 years of experience in cement or process industry, especially in the QA function
• Experience in cement plant operation or process performance managementwill be an asset

• Ability to collaborate in teams.
• Flexible & able to adjust to changing priorities and organizational change
