- Strategic HRM
- Develop course curriculum aligned with academic and industry requirements.
- Mentor and advise students in academic and career development.
- Utilize modern pedagogical techniques, including case studies, simulations, and blended learning.
- Conduct high-quality research in HR-related fields (e.g., employee engagement, talent management, diversity & inclusion, HR analytics, etc.).
- Publish research in Scopus-indexed / peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Lead and collaborate on funded research projects or consultancy assignments.
- Contribute to departmental planning, program development, and accreditations (e.g., NAAC, NBA, AICTE).
- Serve on institutional committees and contribute to policy-making and quality assurance.
- Supervise M.Phil./Ph.D. students and mentor junior faculty members.
- Build industry and academic linkages for internships, placements, and guest lectures.
- Minimum 46 years of teaching and research experience in a recognized business school or university.
- Record of published research in reputed journals.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic leadership roles.
- Exposure to HR industry practices through consultancy, training, or corporate experience.
- Familiarity with academic accreditations and quality standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong classroom engagement and innovative teaching methodologies.
- Research-driven mindset with a collaborative academic spirit.
- Ability to connect theory with practice and real-world HR applications.
