Role Description This is a full-time role for a Project Sales Engineer at Bondcraft Building Solutions Private Limited. The Project Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales projects. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with appropriate building material solutions. This is a hybrid role, based in Pune with the flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications Project Sales and Sales Management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to identify and understand customer needs Knowledge of construction materials and solutions Experience in sales of building materials is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
