Facility : Transportation Canteen & AccommodationKey Responsibilities:Program, set, and operate sliding head CNC machines to produce precision components.
Create and optimize CNC programs using G-code and/or CAD/CAM software.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and workholding methods.
Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve machining or quality issues.
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to support new product development and continuous improvement.
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance.
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.Notes:
