Qualification Required: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
ITI Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in any MNC (Preferably food & beverage industry)
Salary: ₹18,000 (In-hand)
Job Location: Keva Kaipo Industries Pvt. Ltd., #18-19, Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal, Ludhiana – Punjab 141120 (Local Preferred)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PMResponsibilities:Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilitiesConduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problemsRespond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdownsDiagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service techniciansMinimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quicklyMonitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, Air Compressor, Generators, and other utility systemsMaintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare partsTrack machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machineKeep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutionsConduct routine safety checks and risk assessmentsProvide proper training to machine operatorsTypes of Machinery to be Handled:FBDBlenderGrinding & Pulverizing MachineVolumetric Machine
