Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Finance Manager / CFO
Experience Required: 4–8 years (adjust as needed)Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.Finalize accounts and assist in month-end and year-end closings.Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax filing (GST, TDS), and audits.Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements.Handle payroll accounting, journal entries, and asset management.Improve accounting systems and internal controls.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter or MBA preferred).Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho).Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and Income Tax rules.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
