Takes a leadership role and trusted to make decisions, typically at group / team level or within a specific area of the business. Develops capabilities within their own team
High level of accountability. Drives the strategic direction of an aspect of the business to achieve desired business outcome
Known to the LPO senior team and their “first choice” for advice
Able to understand a client’s problem and bring the different capabilities of Atkins together, to develop a solution
Strong knowledge of the fundamental concepts, principles and theories of system integration as applied to multi-disciplinary designs
Strong understanding of principles of assurance and compliance as defined and applied within the relevant industry environment
Engages with internal and external stakeholders and negotiates successfully
Able to drive technical input to bids and provide clear USPs in technological field
Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels to adopt different points of view
