Product: Group Loan & Micro Loan🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage a team of collection executives.Ensure timely recovery of Group Loan & Micro Loan portfolios.Monitor and track daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.Conduct field visits with team for overdue accounts.Train, guide & motivate team members to achieve collection efficiency.Coordinate with branch staff and agencies for smooth operations.Analyze collection reports and provide MIS to management.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.Resolve customer disputes and maintain healthy customer relations.Control delinquency and improve recovery percentages.🔹 Candidate ProfileGraduate / Postgraduate (any stream).Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Collections / Microfinance / NBFC sector.Strong team handling and leadership skills.Good communication & negotiation ability.Local market knowledge of Khambhat and nearby areas.Willingness to travel extensively.🔹 BenefitsAttractive salary + incentives.Career growth opportunities in SMFG.Exposure to Microfinance & Group Lending operations.
