You'll work alongside innovative, dedicated teammates.You'll define the architecture and functionalities of traction drives or auxiliary converter systems, ensuring they meet performance standards in compliance with initial requirements. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Product / project technical core team, PrEM, Sub-System Manager), allocate technical requirements, and much more.You'll specifically take care of organizing, preparing, and leading system design reviews, but also participate in commissioning and manage it alongside the validation manager.We'll look to you for:Collecting external and internal requirements and allocating them to technical teamsOptimizing cost while allocating transverse requirements to various functionsEnsuring consistency and compatibility between all specifications and participating in design reviewsBuilding the Product Breakdown Structure and defining the validation strategyIdentifying technical risks and supporting risk mitigation plansEnsuring the functional configuration is compliant with requirementsProviding technical support during meetings with customers and throughout commissioning and reliability growth phasesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
