Lead the design, development, and deployment of software solutions using the .NET framework (ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define technical requirements.
Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Technical Skills Required

Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular/React.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and Web Services.
Understanding of version control systems like Git or SVN.
Experience with cloud services like Azure or AWS is a plus.

RequirementsKey Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Dot Net development.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
