The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a finished project that matches the company’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to create engaging video content that promotes our brand and products effectively.ResponsibilitiesEdit raw video footage and add effects/elements to create compelling videos
Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives
Use video editing software to produce high-quality videos for various platforms
Ensure final videos meet quality standards and deadlines
Incorporate graphics, music, voiceovers, and other multimedia elements
Manage and organize video assets and archive projects
Stay updated with industry trends and new editing techniquesQualificationsMinimum 6 months to 2 years of professional experience in video editing
Degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, or related field is preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills
Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skillsSkillsProficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression standards
Sound editing and audio mixing skills
Ability to work with color grading and correction
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
