Customer complaints resolution# Coordinating with Regions/Customer to understand the customer issues & with respective manufacturers# sites on grade under complaints.# Co-ordinate with all stakeholders for complaint resolution.New Grade Development# Support review of existing or develop new grade specification based customer feedback / benchmark studies / Import Analysis & make changes in consultation with various stakeholders.# Based on feedback co-ordinate with regions/respective business group for customer trial/feedback & manage Customer feedbackBusiness Development# Suggest customers on usage of RIL grades to replace conventional material.# Coordinate for in-house and customer trials with RIL Products# To support preparation of application notes/Promotion literature.Benchmarking Grades# Coordinate with regions for collection of competitor grade and for in-house evaluation and testing.# Co-ordinate with Manufacturing sites/Business group for possible improvement of existing company's grades if neededOptimized Additive/ Cost Reduction# Support review of additive packages based on end products/process requirements.# Understand end process for optimizing additive package in each of the grades.# Discuss with manufacturing team for possible changes in additive formulation.# Based on in-house work propose optimized additive package for trails to manufacturing sites.Product regulatory compliance# Coordinate with Product Groups on regulatory related issues like 3rd party certifications# Participate in review /finalization of BIS/ISO standards to promote the company's products & to coordinate/guide regulatory officers in ISO /REACH compliance.# Participation in BIS activities for new standards/modificationCustomer Co-ordination# Coordination with respective manufacturing site for grade performances and for quality review meetings.# Coordination with QC/Manufacturing site/Business group & region for lot mapping for specific customers.# Coordination with QC/Business group HO for release of near Prime lots for specific customers to avoid any down gradation (loss of value) and without any complaints from the customers
