- Provide leadership and direction for the development of proposals and delivery of initiatives, in collaboration with clients and colleagues, for all new implementation projects
- Provide thought leadership and direction for a team of full-stack engineers, DevOps and SRE
- Coach our delivery teams in modern engineering practices, striving to ensure that your team can build, test and release software with the short lead times and a minimum of waste.
- Work to develop and maintain a highly automated Continuous Delivery pipeline.

- Ensure that the software you build is reliable and easy to support in production.
- A good understanding of Cloud concepts is a plus.
- 15-20 years of technical and functional experience in financial industry app development with technologies such as: Java, Springboot, React JS, Kafka, Cloud, CI/CD, Dev Ops, Test Automation.
- Progressive engineering hands on development experience to lead engineering teams.
- Experience running high availability low latency platforms
- Strong Agile skills with running Dev Ops, IT Risk and control, SRE squads.
- Experience with people development with respect to training, upskilling, providing right opportunities within India and global squads.
- Promotes engineering culture and improves productivity amongst India FTE and vendor staff. Grooms and coaches the team providing proper career progression.
- Dynamic resource management and close collaboration with Corporate Bank (CB) global tribe/squad leads.
- Excellent skills and appetite to maintain risk & control hygiene. Streamline ITAO processes with automation.
- Will require broader promotion of people strategy activities with in CB Tech India.
- Recruits additional talent in a timely manner, grows the team in India with new skills such as Workfusion AI, Blockchain & Tokenization.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to work with India operations, EMEA/APAC business leaders.
- Knowledge in Banking Payment systems and/or Transaction Screening or AFC capabilities will be a huge plus.
