Qualification· B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute with a good academic backgroundExperienceExperience working with senior partners in consulting firms or engaging directly with CXOs in the industry.Strong understanding of business and financial metrics in a consulting environment.Ability to conduct strategic research and present insights in senior leadership forums.Experience in building high-quality proposals and presenting with conviction.Proven capability to manage day-to-day operations of partner or CXO offices, coordinating across multiple teams.Experience in driving strategic programs, special projects, and transformation initiatives end-to-end.Strong leadership communication skills, including drafting high-quality messaging, presentations, and internal communications.Ability to drive client engagements, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.High levels of confidentiality, discretion, and executive maturity in handling sensitive matters.Creative thinker with strong articulation and storytelling skills.Sound knowledge of the Indian and global financial services sector.What we look forPeople with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
