  • Provide services to the global Cellasto supply chain organization with the help of smart IT-solutions
  • Support global day-to-day supply chain processes (Distribution, warehouse management, planning,…) mainly in our SAP system. Salesforce is part of our system landscape.
  • Participate in respective projects incl. coordination of global activities.
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key ActivitiesMain Responsibilities
  • Provide services out of our Mumbai office for our global units. These services include e.g. analysis of logistics customer requirements, operation of business partner portals, set up of master data, provision of dashboards, monitoring of IT-systems (job nets), internal data administration, …
  • Coordinate and harmonize the requirements of the global SCM teams
  • To provide the services you should utilize modern IT-solutions, e.g. MS power suite, agents (CoPilot studio) or solutions based on other low code/no code platforms
  • Structuring and documentation of the above-mentioned processes to make them accessible for AI-solutions
  • Ensure adherence to global process standards and best practice sharing.
Projects
  • Participate in IT / SCM projects incl. process documentation, tests, trainings.
  • Continuous identification of process improvement opportunities.
Costs, Performance & Compliance
  • Monitor targets / key performance indicators (KPI + PPI) incl. identification of saving potentials.
  • Timely implementation of sustainable countermeasures in the event of a deviation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Information technologies, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or of related disciplines
  • Fluent in English, German or Mandarin would be a plus
  • Working experience in IT functions related to Supply Chain, or Supply Chain
  • Project experience
  • Self-driven and taking initiative to learn and experiment
  • Ability to continuously improve processes. Ability to solve problems and pro-actively implement solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams
  • Knowledge of IT-solutions to improve processes. E.g. MS power suite, Bizagi, CoPilot studio, BPMN, other low code / no code platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, SalesForce would be a plus
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Service excellence competencies (Team Player, Positive attitude, etc.)
  • Availability for flexible working hours (as required for a global role) and overseas travel on demand
