Who we are looking forRisk reporting is the process of distributing information and analysis to internal Stakeholders, focused on the disclosure of risk. Risk reporting plays an important role for the Stakeholders in assessing and managing the risk profile of the company. The current position is for Non-Financial Risk reporting and will cover information collation, analysis and distribution of data pertaining to Operational Risk, Technology Risk, and Compliance Risk. Production of risk reports for internal Stakeholders. The Risk disciplines are Operational Risk and Compliance Risks.
Learning State Street’s risk policies to understand the risk reporting requirements.
Presentation and discussion of risk reports with risk professionals, including following up on queries.
Standardization of reports and creating efficiency in the production process though the use of automation and other technology tools.
Development of processes to improve quality and reduce cycle time.

Strong analytical skills. Should have strong data analysis and data interpretation skills.
Ability to understand and collect requirements from Stakeholders.
Experience in analyzing and interpreting business requirements to identify technical solutions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

2 – 4 years of relevant experience
Any Bachelor Degree / Post Graduation
5 – 7 years of experience required if required
Certifications on Enterprise Risk Management would be plus
Knowledge on Power BI / Python / Tableau will be added advantage
