They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of ServiceNow based solutions. These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.Candidate should have good Admin/configuration knowledge of: - Desired Skills: Experience as a business analyst Hands-on experience on the ITSM ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer or Techno-Functional Consultant Standardizing/Improvising ITIL processes and functions implementations in large complex IT environments. ITIL V4 Certified Trained on SDLC and Agile methodologies for development and implementation. Capable of working as Functional Consultant for at least one process transformation implementation for a complex IT environment. Capable of developing and implementing new or improvising existing standard policies, processes, procedures, work instructions etc. Experience in working with various levels of IT Service management internally and Client organization Hands on experience on writing the process documents, process flows and Functional Requirements Specification documents for ITIL Processes Experienced in IT enablement of respective business function - Process Design, Process Implementation and Process Support Good analytical and communication skills Good client-interfacing skills Expertise in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel or other similar tools.Roles and Responsibilities: Designing and implementing enterprise scale ServiceNow solutions Collaborating with clients to design innovative solutions with a strong user experience Designing digital prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate how clients needs can be met with the ServiceNow solution Aligning and leading ServiceNow implementations following WK standards designs and best practices Preparing and deploying Rainier (ServiceNow) solutions to Test and Production environments Primary responsibility is to understand ITIL Processes, identify gaps in the current operations, finalize business needs and translate the requirements into Tool functional specifications. Prepare and present Business Case / Solution design / functional requirements for IT Service Management Process Areas and Modules to customers Work with tool developers to explain the requirements and ensure that developments is according to specified functional requirements (Functional Lifecycle Testing) Process Training to Customer and vendor End users and support usersPreferred Skills ITIL Intermediate or ITIL Expert Certified Process Consulting experience in respective business function Experience in Process transition or Service Improvement projects within Operations Good exposure in Process Management Role like Change Manager, Incident Manager, Asset and Configuration Manager Etc. Process Analysis and Measurement - Conduct process maturity analysis of the existing processes and performing gap analysis Strong delivery experience leveraging major capabilities within the ServiceNow Platform, Cloud services, Rightscale, Vistarta, BDNA and other such PaaS offerings Has experience in managing (small) teams Delivery experience with multiple software methodologies such as Agile and waterfall Excellent problem solving and communication skills Strong team player Is communicative and able to get good solutions in consultation with the customer Intermediate knowledge of business analysis, business management data
