- Integration and Data Loads: Ability to handle integrations and data ingestion from internal systems and external sources (e.g., third-party APIs, data extracts) using tools like SSIS or APIs.
- Data Quality: Implement and maintain best practices for data quality, governance, and data lifecycle management.
- Power BI: Strong skills in creating dashboards and reports for business insights.
- AI Background: Practical experience with AI, such as using Python or Azure Machine Learning for predictive analytics or automation.
- Offshore Team Coordination: Proven ability to manage and coordinate with offshore delivery teams, requiring excellent communication and project management skills
- Insurance Knowledge: An understanding of insurance data (e.g., policies, premiums, claims, risk) to manage and analyze industry-specific datasets would be beneficial
- 4+ years of data analyst experience, with some experience in insurance domain
- Expertise in Microsoft data tools (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server).
- Proficiency in Snowflake (e.g., SQL, data warehousing).
- Strong Power BI skills for visualization and reporting.
- Experience with data integrations and ETL processes from diverse sources.
- AI knowledge (e.g., Python, Azure ML, or similar frameworks).
- Proven ability to manage offshore teams (e.g., Agile coordination, time zone management).
- Bonus: Certifications like Microsoft Azure Data Engineer or Snowflake SnowPro.
