See more of what we do .We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Visualization Designer to join our team. This role combines expertise in business analysis with talent to idemntify the causes behind operational trends, and expertise in creating advanced dashboards and analytics that effectively communicate those data insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization principles and proficiency in relevant tools and technologies. \nWhat your impact will look like here:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design advanced dashboards and analytics solutions.
Interpreting complex data and creating requirements for engineers to build those analyses into our products to support our customers decision-making, by identifying patterns, trends, and meaningful insights.
Translate complex data sets into visually compelling and easy-to-understand visualizations, including charts, graphs, and interactive elements.
Develop innovative data visualization techniques to enhance user experience and drive actionable insights.
Ensure consistency and adherence to design standards across all data visualization projects.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of data visualizations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics tools.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on data visualization techniques and best practices.

You will love this job if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Design, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in data visualization design, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced dashboards and analytics projects.
Experience leveraging AI algorithms to generate or enhance visualizations based on specific queries or patterns identified in the data.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, Power BI,

, or similar platforms. * Recent success in leveraging AI/ML rooted analysis spanning Regression Analysis, Clustering and Predictive Modeling

Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-centric design solutions.
Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
