Roles & responsibilities:

Design anddevelopsoftware featuresandenhancementsbasedonbusiness requirements under guidance from senior engineers or managers.
Analyzeuserneedsandcontributetosolutiondesign withinthescope ofassigned projects.
Independentlyimplementwell-definedfeatures andfixbugsfollowingestablished coding standards.
Collaboratewithcross-functionalteams toensuresmooth integrationbetween frontend, backend, and database layers.
Participateincodereviews, provideconstructivefeedback,andlearnbestpractices from peers.
Contributetomaintainingandimprovingcodequality,performance,and documentation.
Support testing efforts by writing unit tests and assisting QA teams during validation.
Troubleshootanddebugapplicationissuesacrossthestack,escalatingcomplex problems when needed.

Experience Required:

3-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiencyinatleastonebackend language/framework(JavawithSpringBoot preferred).
Hands-onexperiencewithfrontend technologies(HTML,CSS,JavaScript)andatleast one framework such as ReactJS or AngularJS.
Workingknowledgeofrelationaldatabases(MySQL,PostgreSQL,orsimilar)and ability to write basic-to-intermediate SQL queries.
Familiarity with REST API development and integration.
Experiencewithversioncontrol toolslikeGitandcollaborativeworkflows(branching, pull requests).
Exposuretoautomatedtesting frameworks(JUnitorsimilar)andanunderstandingof the importance of testing.
UnderstandingofAgiledevelopmentpracticesandparticipationinsprints,stand-ups, and reviews.
Basic knowledgeofcloud platforms(Azure,AWS,orGCP)andCI/CD pipelinesisa plus.
Good problem-solvinganddebuggingskills,withtheabilitytoworkindependentlyon assigned tasks.
