With experience on both sides of the table, offers a depth and breadth of knowledge you can leverage as your own.The Role:We are looking for strong Sr Manager in Jira Development & Support in our cloud application suite. This position is responsible for Development, supporting, maintaining, and extending our Atlassian suite of products or modules. Within this role, you will directly affect process implementation, integrate Atlassian products with other internal applications, and drive efficiencies for our organization.Key Responsibilities:

Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Asset Management, ITSM, Automation Flows, Jira Service Desk)
Expertise in leading Sprints and build projects, Epics, Features, User stories, retrospect’s as per agile frameworks to complete the sprints within timelines.
Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.
Build Service Offerings in Atlassian to win business deals.
Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc.
Devise, test, and deploy integration's between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains
Conduct training for employees and new hires at JIRA and also briefing the team/s on new functionalities.
Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage.
Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other. admins, partner teams and Atlassian premier support

Skills Required:

Build a Atlassian Solutions to the customer’s requirement to win bigger deals (Deal is $150K+)
Good Understanding and Implementation knowledge of Integration with multiple apps or tools using APIs, SOAP, Web Services etc.
Strong knowledge and familiarity with JQL
Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Experience extending Atlassian products via code development is preferable
Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems is preferable
Knowledge of script runner & implement Automation workflows which will have a value add into the business.
CSM Certification & Agile Product Certification & Atlassian Associate Certification are MUST.
Ability to understand and adhere to Information security requirements of the organizations and the specific responsibility assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Engineer or a Science graduate
15 -20 years (12+ years’ experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk)
